Submit a Ticket
A ticket is automatically created from your message and assigned to a technician through the Premier One dispatch team. You'll be contacted promptly once it's assigned. Email is the preferred route for all standard requests.

Please reserve calls for outages and work stoppages only. Ticket boards are closely monitored, so phone should be used only when immediate intervention is needed.
After Hours Support

Call and leave a voicemail describing your emergency. An on-call technician will be notified and follow up with you. Emails submitted after hours will be prioritized first thing the next business day. The helpdesk is not actively monitored overnight.
