OP2 files have Migrated to OneDrive & SharePoint
A step-by-step guide to accessing your OP2 personal and company files locally on your computer.
Once your files have been copied from OP2 to SharePoint and OneDrive, refrain from making changes or saving data to OP2 as these changes will not sync.

Accessing Your Personal Files in OneDrive on your Computer
Method 1:
Using the Taskbar
Navigate to the taskbar at the bottom right corner of your screen.
Click on the blue cloud icon to access OneDrive.
Click Open Folder.

'Navigate to OneDrive -> Documents -> User Data'

If you are having trouble locating the OneDrive icon or signing in, see the OneDrive Sign in Troubleshooting section below
Your User Files stored in OneDrive will open in File Explorer.
Method 2:
Using a Web Browser
Click on Apps.
Select OneDrive.
You will see a Web Page will all your OneDrive files and folders.

If you see a grey cloud icon at the bottom of your taskbar, this means you have not yet signed into OneDrive:
If there is no icon at all, you may need to select the caret icon or search "OneDrive" in your start menu:
Once you have selected/opened OneDrive, you should be prompted to sign in with your work email address:
Click "Next" through the remaining screens, keeping all default options selected and finally open your OneDrive folder.
Accessing Company Share Files on your computer
Follow these steps to add Company Share as a shortcut to your OneDrive
Step 1: Navigate to SharePoint
  • Go to Office.com
  • Click on SharePoint
Step 2: Access Company Shares
  • Click on the 'Globe' icon
  • Select 'Company Shares'
Step 3: Add to OneDrive
  • Click on the Documents icon
  • Select 'Add shortcut to OneDrive'
Step 4: Access from File Explorer
  • Open File Explorer on your computer
  • Look for OneDrive on the left side
  • Find 'Company Share – Documents'
  • You can drag this to your desktop for easier access

Note: It may take a few minutes for the shortcut to appear.
Make sure you are signed into OneDrive.
Managing and Sharing Files
You can manage files both locally on your computer your computer through File Explorer and on the web through Sharepoint. Follow these steps to control access and share your files.
Step 1: Access Management Options
Right-click on the file or folder you wish to manage in OneDrive. From the context menu, select 'Manage Access' to open the sharing settings.
Step 2: Review and Adjust Permissions
The 'Manage Access' dialog provides a comprehensive view of who has access to your file or folder. You can use the tabs to:
  • People: Share internally or externally with specific individuals.
  • Links: Generate various types of sharing links for broader distribution.
  • Groups: See and manage access for internal groups.
Step 3: Grant Access and Notify Users
When granting access, enter the names or email addresses of the people or groups you want to share with. You can also control whether recipients are notified of their new access by checking or unchecking the 'Notify people' option.
Accessing SharePoint and OneDrive in OP2 through Chrome
After the copying of OP2 files to Sharepoint and OneDrive the S: drive will no longer be accessible, and any files that you save in the H: drive will not automatically be sync'd to your OneDrive. You will need to be sure to save any changes made to files in OP2 to OneDrive and SharePoint.
Open Chrome in OP
Go to: Office.com
Sign in with your work email and password.
Click on OneDrive or SharePoint
OneDrive will give you access to your personal files, 'Navigate to My Files -> Documents -> User Data' to see your User Files.
SharePoint will give you access to the Company Shares:
