Your Onboarding Checklist
To ensure a smooth and efficient PremierLITE onboarding, please prepare the following items:

Schedule Kickoff Call
Select a convenient time for your personalized onboarding kickoff meeting.

Microsoft Global Admin Account
Ensure you have access to a Microsoft Global Admin account (admin.microsoft.com) for initial setup. (If you are an OP2 client, this step can be skipped)

DNS Access
Have login details for your DNS host ready or provide contact info for the person responsible for DNS updates.

Employee Roster
To ensure Microsoft Licensing meets your current needs, please have an updated roster of employees available for reference.

Discovery
We do a full Endpoint Audit of all computers in your company by having you install Screen Connect on all company owned devices.
Once we have our software installed on all devices we return to you a report of the health of your current computers and readiness to work locally on the machines and outside of OP2. We will provide life cycle recommendations, device management strategies, and identify issues to resolve ahead of implementation.

Blackpoint Cyber provides advanced, real-time threat detection and response to protect your organization. Follow these simple steps to install the agent:
Click the unique installation link provided to you by our team.
When prompted, download and run the installer file.
If asked, allow the program to make changes to your device (click Yes).
Follow the on-screen steps until the installation completes.
Once finished, the Blackpoint Cyber agent will run automatically in the background
